Summit Facilities Services can provide a fully scoped facilities solution or carry out specific works in your premises. We carry out core trades work using our directly employed work force of electricians, plumbers, heating engineers, joiners and painters. We can provide more specialist services using our network of trusted and vetted industry partners.

PLANNED MAINTENANCE

We can compile a comprehensive planned and preventative maintenance programme to ensure compliance and smooth running of your facility, both for your building fabric and services. 

REACTIVE MAINTENANCE

With our team of experienced, versatile and mobile engineers we can react to all types of request, from emergencies such as leaks or power cuts to routine works such as replacement lamps blocked drains.

LIFE CYCLE UPGRADES

Summit specialise in identifying equipment that is inefficient of failing and providing a cost-effective solution for a planned replacement.

Typical assets that we replace at end of life are boilers, pumps and electrical equipment in both commercial and domestic facilities.

SMALL

PROJECTS

We can provide an “all trades” solution for clients wishing to alter, upgrade or convert their premises.
This can include kitchen and bathroom replacements, end of tenancy dilapidations and building services.
We also complete small M&E and building fabric projects.
